Vice President Engineering Responsibilities and Duties

Offer visions and guidance to engineering product development process.

Set up partnerships with technology companies and integrate new technologies.

Associate with IGT’s development teams for successful convergent product offerings.

Handle product and technology innovations and set up IGT’s products as a market leader.

Develop and supervise strategies, policies and operating plans of Engineering organization.

Assess operating results and adjust plans accordingly.

Execute engineering projects and processes.

Create and maintain marketing operating budget.

Prepare engineering guidelines and process.

Handle company engineering, personnel and product development.

Set up technology and product roadmaps with CEO.

Develop product requirements and specifications.

Assist in business development, customer meetings and proposal generation.

Function as project manager or principal investigator.

Execute product development management process.
