Social Worker Assistant Responsibilities and Duties

Provide assistance to the social workers in his day-to-day tasks.

Assist and support residents and their families in a care facility.

Create, assess and evaluate care plan processes and issues.

Assess and evaluate residents at the time of admission.

Provide psychosocial interventions to residents.

Conduct and organize cultural events and programs to residents.

Conduct sports & games to residents in community setting.

Conduct in-service programs to staff on psychosocial issues and residents rights.

Record and document all intervention programs administered to residents and patients.

Initiate and implement best standards and processes relating to social work processes.
