Rehabilitation Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Recommend, formulate and execute policies for Rehabilitation Therapies program to guarantee effective usage of offered services.

Perform as resource for technical knowledge in science, practice and theory of rehabilitation services.

Present rehabilitation integration therapies on entire professional program and services of agency.

Review and analyze written documents submitted by Rehabilitation Therapists.

Ensure to comply with agency standards along with acceptable therapy practice.

Prepare field observation visits to guarantee Rehabilitation Therapists attains acceptable standards of practice as per guidelines of agency and professional regulatory.

Develop and maintain relations with various community organizations to promote and coordinate services to community.

Update on professional trends and practices to maintain professional standards and delivery of quality care to patients.

Conduct survey of current commercial and residential property conditions.

Develop scope of work write-ups, contract bid documents and cost estimates.

Conduct on-going location inspections till rehabilitation work is completed.

Support employer to report on injury and process all apt documentation on time.

Conduct applications processing and verify eligibility for City and Agency Affordable Housing Programs.

Plan with Director to prepare regular education projects for Rehabilitation Therapists.

Monitor and coordinate rehabilitation and apt duties plans involving employee’s progress.
