Program Advisor Responsibilities and Duties

Obtain support for programs both within department and community acting as student’s advisor and mentor.

Develop and design systems to address specific program goals.

Assist with grant writing functions to include research.

Develop organizational and operational plans, grants, contracts and procedures to attain program goals.

Correspond efforts/marketing plans for program by research and release of information.

Develop and implement administrative procedures for information processing, record maintenance and funding compliance.

Prepare and evaluate materials and information to comply with required reports, surveys and analysis.

Provide technical support to project staff in organization and partner organizations to strengthen routine immunization in state.

Develop strong monitoring and evaluation system including periodical reports.

Maintain program documentation and administrative records of all activities and issues related to guest engagement process.

Provides information about Organization programming and services to guests.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with public agencies, donors, project partners and industry counterpart.

Support management with administrative and financial monitoring of project.

Provide critical information regarding guest to department heads, Program Advising Management Team and MOD.
