Network Support Engineer Responsibilities and Duties

Provide primary backup and ensure effective administration of business network.

Perform troubleshoot on all programs.

Administer and maintain Cisco network switches and routers in MPLS framework.

Maintain Windows 2003/2008 Servers and Active Directory.

Manage all upgradation of networking paperwork.

Supervise and ensure optimal level of technical backup.

Administer and ensure pilot project completion.
