Determine information to support subrogation and recovery action plans.

Determine and assemble complex information using problem solving skills.

Investigate and check complex property and auto files.

Sort future work and schedule follow-up.

Understand researching of customer intellectual property and query to determine current IP entities adhering standard protocol to input key words from developed list into query databases through search engines and pursuing additional searches.

Generate intellectual property lists similar to customer IP by checking search results, determing relevant IP, marking disregarded results and following work flow processes to finalize and record search activity results.

Compile search reports by submitting them for review to Quality Assurance, respond to search questions and correct wherever needed.

Develop legal briefs, appeals, pleadings, wills and contracts.
