Facility Engineer Responsibilities and Duties

Perform activities conforming with EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory, company EH&S rules and requirements.

Ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards through reporting about practices if unsafe or adversely impacting environment, Participate in scheduled EH&S training program.

Assist in accomplishing organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.

Recommend improved EH&S practices to management.

Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget.

Manage and support engineering technicians group to reach established goals.

Maintain employee’s technical competence and strive for excellent customer service.

Support facilities engineering and technically assist plant in areas of installation, startup, repair, training and modification on power transmission.

Manage and assist distribution and generation equipment and systems performance.

Assist Facility HOD in installation, repair, maintenance and alteration of production support machineries, equipments and building.

Manage PM work for production support machineries, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required.

Perform and maintain facilities building services.

Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.

Recommend solution and prepare relevant reports to ensure proper selection of outsourced services.
