My education includes a bachelor’s degree in adult education and I have also taken courses on negotiation and mediation and am certified in both. I have worked as a training facilitator for more than five years and it is my goal to ensure that all who want to learn has the ability to do so and have worked with both educators and students to facilitate a more effect learning process. I am able to help students to apply skills and bodies of knowledge that they already have acquired.

In my last employment, I aided adult students who were seeking a higher education after being in the workforce for many years adjust. This can be difficult for many adults who are not used to the classroom environment or who have difficulties with the learning process. My students were also those who had learning disabilities that were not diagnosed when they were children and it was my responsibility to help them adapt to new processes to make seeking their education easier.

This was done by also working with instructors to show them new teaching methods that aided these special students. We joined forces to ensure all adults were getting the proper education to help them improve their employment prospects or to complete courses for either a high school diploma or college level degree.
