I saw the posting with Open Society Foundations for a Program Officer and I would like to take this time to apply for the position.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and I held this position with a company for three years before moving to this area. I have the experience you are searching for in an applicant and I welcome the chance to use my skills and training to help your business grow and meet its objectives.
I have the training and experience needed to listen closely to learn exactly what your company hopes to accomplish by the programs you plan to implement. In addition, I have the knowledge to help determine if the plans are sufficient to meet these goals or if you need to add or change something before the programs will have the desired outcome.
I also have experience reviewing the cost of the programs to determine if they are within budget along with preparing and presenting my recommendations for funding them, if I believe you can do better. I have the ability to follow precise instructions when implementing any program and the training to monitor them and report my findings back to the supervisor.
