I am seeking a non profit position with your organization Lay Mission Helpers Association and would like my attached resume to be considered by your hiring manager.

My education and experience includes a high school diploma and I have more than two years of experience working for a nonprofit organization. In my past position, it was my duty to develop and implement programs for the recruitment, training and retention of all volunteers. I also coordinated all volunteer assignments and oversaw the documentation of all volunteer activities. When necessary, it was my task to also implement programs for the volunteers in continuing education, recognition and support through performance reviews and quality improvements.

I have great computer skills and can maintain all volunteer personnel files along with preparing statistical reports for the needs of the federal and state agency rules and regulations for hospice volunteers. These reports were submitted monthly as well as all reports that were prepared for the administrators.

My communication skills are also excellent and I would have no problem in the participation in all regularly scheduled interdisciplinary team meetings as well as all agency and community programs. I am also able to aid in the exchange of information and problem solving between all staff support and volunteers along with those who are attending the in service education programs. In the past I was also required to participate in all agency quality improvement programs and served as an active member of the sales team to generate funding for the non profit organization.
