I am interested in applying for the Care Coordinator position that has recently opened up at Smile Brands Inc.

I have a bachelor’s degree and am currently a Licensed Practical Nurse and have over four years of experience relevant to this field including gerontological experience. I have completed a training course approved by our state and have passed the exam for the training program. I feel that education is one of the most important aspects of being a care coordinator in order to stay on top of all the new methods that are continually being adapted. I always want to know the latest techniques and safeguards for all the patients under my care.

I have the ability to merge my nursing skills with my organizational skills in order to effectively run any care facility. I am computer literate and understand the financial side of care giving. I am also able to hire and train staff as well as make sure scheduling is completed properly so there is the right amount of caregivers for the patients in the facility.

My strengths lie in facility operations and the care that is offered to every resident. I always take the time out to check on every resident during my day to ensure they are well and being treated properly by the care givers. I do not take for granted that every person that is hired has the empathy and compassion to deal with the residents in any facility and want to prevent any issues between residents and care givers.
