Manage all communication with customers and provide update information and provide status for all tickets.
Perform file upload for Switch upgrade as per request.
Provide necessary technical assistance and ensure compliance to established rules and techniques for keeping track of performance.
Provide support to site networking system via usage of effective and user-friendly forms and methods.
