Though their duties and responsibilities vary based upon the industry in which they work, there are some skills and traits that are helpful in any setting. The office assistant resume format can vary somewhat based upon the amount of experience you have. It is important to focus on the qualities and skills that employers will find valuable, such as your knowledge of and proficiency with commonly used software. Entry Level Resume

In order to get a job as an entry level office assistant, it is very important to focus on your academic achievements. Oftentimes, no formal training outside of a high school diploma or GED is needed.
