Vice President Corporate Development Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare an acquisition plan and engage in substantive conversations with potential partners.

Initiate regional efforts to close regional partnership opportunities.

Engage in due diligence and transaction implementation from initial assessment to close.

Draft written materials on investment and partnership opportunities.

Coordinate with external parties to support due diligence levels and market research.

Assist strategic and business development initiatives on joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Maintain critical business databases for development activity.

Support Executive Vice President to create strategic roadmaps for inorganic growth in Asian markets.

Determine, suggest and get internal approvals for potential business targets acquisitions.

Organize, manage and complete due diligence reports.

Interface with investment bankers, brokers and consultants for acquisition opportunities.

Manage developments, trends, competitive environment and changes of media industry in Asia Pacific.

Define and resolve major strategic questions with senior leadership.

Assess potential acquisitions and compelling closure drive and on-going metrics.

Use acquisitions and equity investment as strategy and growth tool.
