Respond to all referring inquiries related with veterinary.

Direct visitors to maintain employee as well as department directories.

Monitor logbook and issue visitor badges as required.

Maintain telecommunication system through following manufacturer’s instructions for console operation and house phone.

Maintain clean and safe reception area by adhering to established procedures, rules and regulations.

Maintain steadiness between work teams through documenting plus communicating irregularities, actions and constant needs.

Contribute to all team effort through attaining related results.

Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, record messages for doctors as well as staff.

Provide input data into all electronic medical record system.

Ensure to check patients in, discharge patients, dispense medications along with prescriptions plus invoicing.

Ensure to restraint blood collection and lab sample preparation.

Prepare patient updates, appoint reminders and update on inquiries.
