Identify and ensure to engage clients in friendly as well as professional manner.

Provide impartial and knowledgeable recommendations about entire OfficeMax product offerings.

Provide outstanding client service through effectively engaging clients.

Identifying customer needs and present best solution for successful sales closure.

Solicit details from clients to confidently sell in every sales floor area inclusive but not constraint to ImPress, Supplies, Technology, Furniture and various areas inclusive of third party resources.

Identify and adapt coaching as well as direction from respective Store Leadership Team.

Ensure to maintain aisles faced as well as shelves stocked.

Utilize radios as well as headsets to respond to questions.

Support all store team members to suggest best complete sales solution.

Conduct register sales transactions promptly and properly as per established cash control methods and client service guidelines.

Comply with all company given policies plus procedures.

Respond to phone quickly and courteously plus direct all calls to suitable party.

Ensure to maintain store clean as well as organized along with all pricing signage in order.

Support to maintain clean store always.

Recommend Manager on duty of varied issues, special client requests and customer complaints etc.
