Develop and improvise vault operations and procedures.
Maintain customer vault balances in an accurate manner.
Maintain and manage customer files related to vault balances.
Analyze, evaluate and communicate all money-related discrepancies to branch manager.
Direct and supervise securities vault staff and their work flow.
Evaluate department needs and schedule employees accordingly.
Supervise and perform cash verification, cash preparation and cash reconciliation.
Perform liability check-in and checkout processes.
Perform balancing of vault operations and alarms.
Ensure proper training to the vault staff.
