Support customer to select home site, structural options and house plan.
Ensure to pre-qualify client and complete contract worksheet.
Develop all contracts agenda and color selections precisely and completely.
Support clients with loan application, attain deposits as per organization’s requirements and advance submission along with approval.
Develop relations with production team to ensure to plan and execute building process.
