Investigate technical concepts and market needs leading to new analytical products by coordinating with research and development chemists.

Perform laboratory work to develop new electrochemical sensors and water analysis methods and support current products.

Implement experimental protocols, analyze and summarize data and generate reports.

Support Vice President, Technology to determine company’s technical and product needs.

Interface with organizational departments during new product manufacturing and commercialization.

Support and guide production scale-up of new products.

Maintain clean working laboratory environment and suitable working equipment.

Develop Quality Control Specs to develop designated products.

Develop and scale up new specialty chemical products and processes.

Show synthetic and organic chemistry proficiency and use advanced analytical techniques to develop product.

Exhibit entrepreneurial spirit to generate value through creative insight, problem solving skills, technical discipline, personal accountability, economic decision making and critical thinking and write batching formulas on completed and approved laboratory formulations.

Engage in new formula’s first plant batch to review production process, formula and final product.

Support customers and on-site professionals in customer facililities.

Manage portfolio and formulate mediums.

Support technical team members with shared duties.
