Ensure to open checking and savings accounts and provide all deposit product services at customer’s request.

Search needs and conduct cross sell of products and services to respective retail customer base.

Provide customer with apt solutions to their respective financial needs.

Ensure to provide prompt service to all other bank customers.

Head ownership of allocated accounts and accountability for expansion and retention respective relationships.

Attain sales, referral and service goals to provide qualified referrals to various departments and related supplier service providers.

Explain product changes, restrictions, benefits, requirements and other relationship banking related product information to clients and bank employees.

Provide teller line support to keep lines minimum and enhance customer service.

Evaluate potential customer’s need and provide apt financial services and products.

Provide exceptional service to clients conforming to Customer First standards and pre-determined Service Level Agreements.

Establish rapport with clients utilizing personalized techniques like identify customer by name, greet customer with smile and handshake etc.

Provide ongoing relation servicing with existing clients to maintain goodwill and expand business.

Promote bank products along with establish new business relationships.

Conduct cross-sells and develop referrals to create new business and extra services.

Develop and manage top level retail deposit product knowledge and lend products and services.
