Collaborate with Regional V P (RVPs) to capitalize on territory sales efforts along with accomplishing sales goals.
Interacts with customers, attorneys, brokers, investment managers and accountants through telephone and written communications.
Conduct meetings related problem resolution and account maintenance.
Perform as liaison amid support and operational areas and clients.
Conduct research and convey problem resolution to respective customers.
Resolve questions as well as problems escalated by clients relevant to transactions in accounts and routine operational issues.
Interact everyday with external and internal contacts to ensure all account activities are processed on time and within schedule.
Ensure to process promptly loan advances, distributions, wire transfer, deposits, DDA transfer, loan bookings and receipts.
Ensure adequate cash levels are maintained in brokerage, investment and trust accounts.
Supervise wide-reaching credit allocations and perform clients and credit operations.
Ensure obligors along with facilities are accurately recorded in relevant documents.
Support performance of multifarious administrative activities involving regulation 9 reviews, court inventories, account distributions and accountings.
Prepare loan documents and maintain account exception clearing.
Utilize CRM system to record entire advisor level activities and stimulate to attain maximum possible sales targets.
Assist banking teams as required to complete yearly reviews and technical appeals to ensure customer satisfaction.
