Regulatory Engineer Responsibilities and Duties

Support with technical review of Managing change documents for offshore manufacturing facilities.

Prepare different regulatory submittals to BOEMRE and USCG.

Develop and update SAFE Charts, process safety flow diagrams and safety plans.

Prepare and submit regulatory documents to USCG office.

Record and present Emergency Evacuation Plans related to offshore drilling and manufacturing units complying with US Coast Guard standards.

Prepare USCG Aids for Navigation applications.

Submit and approve applicable US Coast Guard office.

Support to review and prepare company comments concerned with BOEMRE , USCG and OSHA regulatory notices and rulemakings.

Develop Deepwater Operating Plan sections for off-shore subsea and host facilities.

Collaborate with firm and contractor project personnel to collect required details.

Prepare regulatory submissions complying with BOEMRE requirements.

Assist CTG SMART technician along with DWOP interpretation issues and provide technical guidance as required.

Provide back up support for team lead and varied contractor vacations and out-of office.

Develop, manage and conduct regulatory analysis, programs and activities providing detailed regulatory and technical expertise.

Conduct independent research, studies, reviews and analysis supporting regulatory and technical projects.
