Perform as front-line client service supervisor for staff answering queries not requiring Director’s involvement.
Provide service to customers through responding to client’s requests and inquiries related to various areas.
Provide administrative assistance to respective financial advisors.
Maintain and update files as required by Financial Advisors on products and clients.
Oversee routine work flow as designed by Director to identify prospective growth opportunities.
Convey identified prospects of growth back to Director of Operations in timely manner.
Monitor current client portfolios by reviewing performance quarterly.
Evaluate prepared reports and manage due diligence.
Support training of less experienced personnel as directed and requested by Management.
Attain product and investment details for Financial Advisor.
Provide follow-up with operations staff as well as clients.
Develop new business opportunities through client relations and option services.
Respond to phones and messages along with client requests.
Head responsibility to respond incoming calls as role of Client Services call group.
Convey on routine with clients in relation to monthly statements and provide complete customer service.
