Review receipt of regional account contracts to ensure contracts complying with guidelines.
Verify organization’s contract rates and discounts accuracy and input data into database system.
Perform account research, database changes and system testing.
Manage system leisure pass program and update rate codes and licensee participation lists.
Discuss open issues from objectives, business driving opportunities, volume drivers and competitive selling.
Partner with store staff and management to ensure standards maintenance.
Offer store report card for each visit to store General Manager and Regional Merchandise Manager.
Analyze sales and stock through call outs for opportunity doors and designing action plan weekly.
Create and build strong key account management relationships with Store General Managers and Regional Merchandise Managers.
Support account usage, billing and data analysis by working with local team.
Support management reporting under sales management’s guidance.
Train, support and research with brokers and internal staff on eligibility.
Ensure maintenance of equipment and report concerns to supervisor on time.
Attend office calls further to sales and direct line.
Liaise with customers through follow-up to ensure correct rates and service levels.
