Regional Finance Director Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor field controllers and review on strategic initiatives.

Lead, guide and advice unit management teams to forecast and budget and monthly operations of stations, operating and system issues.

Recommend on current and future operations’ analysis and interpretation.

Establish and execute cost reduction initiatives and communicate with management.

Complete financial transactions like Sale Leasebacks, Convertible Debt and Bank Agreements.

Review finance contracts like Charter, Vendor and Carrier Contracts.

Develop operational finance tools by carrier and product.

Execute designated field improvement processes and enhanced cash flow initiatives.

Motivate staff and develop relationships with peers, executives and clients through effective communication skills.

Monitor professional development and region staff productivity to ensure meeting of training, professional development and project needs.

Train, mentor and offer career development opportunities through quality management activities.

Review staff performance annually.

Address employee performance issues as per company personnel policies.

Update on emerging technology changes and innovations through reading of business and professional publications, networking and involvement in professional organizations.
