Regional Education Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Educate retail accounts to cross-sell techniques though on-site training and regional classes.

Coach and implement programs designed by National Educational Managers.

Determine current and future needs of education system.

Research and report student needs emerging from curriculum execution and resources.

Consult educational institutions’ teachers, administrative officials and principals.

Research educational systems and evaluate new developments.

Support regional executive director and development department to raise funds for regional and national education programs.

Educate company staff and Alpha Beta coaches through retail product and professional treatment.

Develop and execute teacher training programs.

Lead product education, inter-selling techniques and customer service.

Draft reports and information papers.

Manage efforts to advance global warming education and literacy in region.

Collect competitor education tools to forward to MD Skincare Management monthly.

Partner with AEs to schedule by educating retail products and administer professional service during sales call.

Manage NWFs mid-Atlantic Eco-Schools hiring and engagement.
