Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.

Determine staff needs, schedule personnel and assign work.

Manage, monitor, consolidate and retrieve storage to allow maximum utilization of space.

Ensure on time unloading of inbound material to avoid any detention charges.

Provide high level of quality standards throughout facility.

Perform essential HR functions as staffing, team leadership, associate development, corrective action and performance evaluations.

Manage leadership staff members to ensure efficient product flow within building.

Monitor and resolve work place safety issues to reduce worker’s compensation claims.
