Quality management Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Design and execute quality improvement studies.

Select reliable and valid indicators and coordinate supervising and analyzing activities.

Evaluate data and develop accurate, concise and useful quality management documents following company procedures.

Involve in intra-departmental quality management teams for improving system.

Coordinate resolution of top level issues and mentor associates about Quality Management process.

Support explaining opportunities for improvement areas using trend analysis and convey same appropriately.

Support preparation for Quality Management related committee gatherings.

Execute and evaluate across company inter-rater reliability programs.

Develop QM department replies for RFIs and RFPs.

Maintain and update all QM documents and correspondence well organized and confidential.

Conduct national oversight audits for delegated vendors as required.

Develop, maintain and utilize ancillary vendor audit equipments as required.

Report important outcomes, issues related to risk management to AVP Quality Management.

Support coordinating member satisfaction enhancement activities.
