Public Relations Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Plan customer appreciation functions such as venue selection, food and beverage, vendor coordination and contract negotiation.

Involve staff, communicate event and marketing requirements.

Support Communications Manager on media, designer and industry relations and special events.

Communicate and direct public relations opportunities to VP International Communications.

Gather data and analyze ROI and event recap to record completed projects details to present to Manager.

Disseminate press information to all internal and external contacts.

Coordinate with sales team to be updated on publicity and events.

Assist Communications Manager on event logistics.

Coordinate with VP of Communications and schedule travel arrangements.

Compile and format talking points and key documents for shows and industries.

Develop, update and manage pitch grids and documentation on Organization shows and events.

Assist Director of Public Relations and Community Outreach with office organization.
