Manage Project Team member’s activities related to completion of assigned tasks based on schedule, cost, performance and quality objectives.

Develop and execute project work plans on basis of project’s Statement of Work (SOW).

Review program plan implementation to meet changing needs and requirements.

Identify, manage and monitor program dependencies and critical path.

Involve in internal networking and sharing initiative through participating in committee meetings and internal workgroup meetings.

Search and provide information required for references, benchmarks and programs goals.

Provide consultation to operations in administrative duties.

Help Informatics department to identify data collection methods of program information and design database queries.

Record program activities for external and internal compliance and management reporting.

Support management to coordinate implementing new/existing programs and ensure reliable data retrieval.
