Production Consultant Responsibilities and Duties

Interact with customers to understand project requirements and expectations.

Coordinate with business teams in developing projects solutions to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Assist Production Managers in preparing project plan, budget and schedule.

Present project specifications and budget breakdown to customers for approval.

Prioritize, plan and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project workflow and resolve any issues identified.

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality and customer expectations.

Maintain profitable relationship with customer and address customer queries promptly.

Report production metrics to Managers for analysis on weekly basis.

Investigate problems and develop logical solutions.

Communicate project status to customers on regular basis.
