Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations.
Process all planned orders for timely completion.
Prepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delays.
Analyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.
Attend weekly meetings to discuss about production issues and updates.
Monitor the execution of production plan and identify deviations.
Communicate production status and error updates to management on regular basis.
Analyze customer requirements and set production expectations.
Develop standard procedures to optimize workflow.
Evaluate issues, analyze root causes and derive solutions.
Generate production reports for management and customers.
Work with Managers to prioritize and schedule work orders.
Monitor and manage the availability of materials, equipment, resources and electricity.
Recommend improvements to maintain production integrity, consistency and quality.
