Product Controller Responsibilities and Duties

Provide direction and guidance to product team to achieve company goals.

Recommend product improvements for business growth.

Identify product challenges and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Assist in annual budget preparation and cost control activities.

Monitor expenses and revenues and prepare financial statements for management.

Provide support in monthly account closing activities.

Identify financial variances and provide corrective actions.

Identify areas of improvements and recommend corrective actions.

Analyze business metrics and review and revise internal controls.

Assist in audit activities by preparing necessary financial reports.

Perform P&L analysis and reporting to management.

Assist in new business developments and enhancements.

Monitor and control expenditures with allotted budgets.
