Portfolio Specialist Responsibilities and Duties

Develop a good knowledge of Team’s trade modeling and order creation system.

Invest or divest assets and rebalance accounts.

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies for consistent client experience.

Authenticate asset allocation and check administrative and client exception reports.

Support Portfolio Managers to handle significant new account growth.

Offer basic financial market information through FactSet ad Bloomberg.

Create client presentations and collect statistical data.

Understand Firm’s product offerings.

Drive Portfolio metrics, anticipate and attain targeted growth.

Coordinate with Risk, Finance and Business Planning to oversee growth.

Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Loyalty team to execute Portfolio programs.

Upgrade Product, increase limit and handle revenue maximizing initiatives.

Interact with Business Consultants on Portfolio Optimization.

Execute and optimize Product Line Strategy.

Answer customer enquiries through telephone, email and web channels.
