Direct and outline plan to operationalize divisional investment decision process.

Engage, align, and collaborate with organizational functions and processes.

Manage relationships with clients, hospital administrations and tenants.

Supervise, oversee and hire field office operations personnel for portfolio properties.

Supervise capital improvement projects.

Oversee working relationships between corporate support groups and field offices.

Execute Departmental initiatives.
