Attend trainings related to sales processes and customer services.
Work under the guidance of Supervisor to meet both individual and team sales goals.
Develop outreach strategies to generate new customers.
Build positive working relations with existing customers for repeat business.
Develop new techniques to ensure customer retentions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bank products.
Attend team meetings and sales events as needed.
Perform teller operations and other banking activities when needed.
Identify and report fraudulent activities to Supervisor promptly.
Adhere to bank policies and follow federal and state laws.
