Maintain participant database up-to-date and accurate.
Review retiree pension records and contact them for more information if needed.
Respond to participant inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Oversee all participant communications based on company procedures.
Assist in calculation of pension benefits according to participant’s plan.
Prepare pension summaries and paperwork for participants.
Provide administrative support to pension management team when needed.
Recommend process improvements to complete assigned work within expected quality and deadlines.
Conduct trainings and mentor Junior Analysts when required.
Review pension records for accuracy and completeness.
