Manage day-to-day operational needs of business.
Serve as primary contact for reporting outages, incidents and malfunctions.
Notify any incidents to management and clients in timely manner.
Log and analyze all incidents to identify incident trending/problem management.
Evaluate business operations performance and recommend any improvements if needed.
Determine resource requirement, computer system requirements and other software and hardware requirements based on project size.
Ensure computer systems and phones are readily and continuously available for staff.
Participate in continuous process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
