Get and apply intermediate knowledge of products and services.
Obtain and apply intermediate product acquisition and member service process.
Identify life events and advice to deliver solutions to member.
Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and determine escalation issues.
Develop product knowledge including homeowners combination, broader billing and credit card.
Implement new member and renewal electronic communication streams.
Encourage membership products for organizations and function as primary point of contact.
Coordinate with Director of Member Relations to review membership trends.
Analyze member groups’ needs assessments.
Pull lists for new members and monitor mailhouse services with Information Technology.
Coordinate with Customer Service to process new member and renewal orders.
Function as back-up to Customer Service team.
Support Director of Member Relations on membership programs.
