Record verbal conversations with patients.
Capture information into patient record accurately and on time.
Get prior authorization on insurance requirements.
Sort and oversee provider’s daily schedule.
Reply to phone calls overflow and direct suitably.
Process incoming messages on office policy and procedure.
Update and inform on company policies through staff meetings.
Inform patient concerns to Site Manager.
Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
Handle secretarial and clerical functions to support department.
Get accurate demographic and insurance information.
Respond and place telephone calls for Medical Director.
Take meeting minutes chaired by Medical Director, staff pathologists and Office Manager.
