Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Perform with organization clinical enterprise leadership plus outside marketing counsel to prepare and execute strategies.

Assist company university hospital, cancer hospital as well as doctors.

Coordinate activities to support department services awareness and products within university community and general public.

Evaluate, supervise and analyze effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Design, develop and supply publications along with varied promotional materials.

Administer department marketing calendar as allocated.

Supervise schedules, distribution and production arrangements.

Ensure on time quality control and completion of all marketing publications and activities.

Coordinate advertising schedules and placement.

Coordinate suitable use of university and department logos along with emblems and indicia.

Research and develop budget proposals for entire marketing purposes as designated.

Coordinate surveys’ use and varied market research instruments to gather apt information as assigned.

Maintain and update back-up data on all projects as well as office personnel.

Coordinate contracted vendors’ work as assigned as well as ensure timely goods delivery or services.
