Collect data, observe qualitative research and handle pilot interviews of projects.

Handle projects on budget responsibility.

Present and write client reports.

Contact Internal Client and Operations on best practices and process support.

Maintain sample needs and project manager expectations across multiple projects.

Establish project needs and cost implications on annual and project level.

Inform operational changes to internal clients when needed.

Handle project managers to field trackers and custom studies.

Assist Sector Leaders on sales management for annual research programs and manage P&L.

Resolve project scheduling and resource issues with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate with Program Managers and Operations Managers to execute best practices.
