Administer user accounts of Lotus Notes at National Home Office.
Prepare user ids for satellites and divisions contracted with National.
Ensure to change and move user name as required.
Maintain nationwide list of national and division and remove terminated user ids.
Manage Domino servers at every National offices and Divisions contracted with National for respective service.
Monitor and update logs along with statistics reports regularly.
Upgrade Lotus Notes server software as suitable and provide backup along with disaster recovery.
Identify software and hardware problems to provide reliable Notes atmosphere for end users.
Configure and administer nationwide replication along with email infrastructure through developing apt server connection documents.
Maintain Internet mail gateway as well as ensure accessibility and availability of National hub server.
Interact with ACS Support Center, LAN/WAN engineers, Network Operations Center, field Notes Administrators and Notes Developers.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for ACS Notes network and ACS-developed Notes applications.
Ensure to protect overall security of ACS Notes network by administering database access control lists.
Conduct server security measures as well as external organizations’ cross-certification.
Support field Notes Administrators to deploy and support enterprise applications.
