Tour property with potential residents.
Support Leasing or Property Manager to execute established Leasing policies.
Manage Availability List and Status Report and determine lease rental termination date.
Negotiate with brokers to sell lease owned interests.
Post weekly traffic reports to ensure logging of traffic in traffic sheets.
Support off-site marketing program.
Follow-up through phone calls to qualified unclosed traffic in 24 hours.
Encourage resident and business referral programs as per Company guidelines.
Direct “Move In” program and ensure smooth implementation.
Arrange for social events as a part of resident retention.
Check signage and ensure its market readiness including lighting and visibility.
Respond to incoming phone calls and determine if caller is prospective or current client, vendor or Company team member.
Finish and verify lease applications and notify results to prospective clients.
Ensure client records are as per Company policy.
Update vacating, vacancy and activity reports daily.
