Manage labor relations through planning and distributing work assignments.

Plan, coordinate and monitor labor relations and day-to-day functions of labor staff.

Provide counsel to the management and supervisors on labor relations aspects.

Initiate and implement drug-free environment for workers and labor staff.

Handle issues relating to labor security, labor relations and on matters of serious and sensitive nature.

Read, review and interpret labor relation laws, policies, procedures and guidelines to the management.

Provide counsel to the management on labor laws involving employers, union and the bargaining units.

Respond and resolve labor grievances.

Apply and implement theories, principles and methods relating to employee and labor relations.

Ensure compliance of all labor, state and federal labor and personnel laws.
