Manage after sales process required for customer, shipping and warranty issues.
Promote and market products by participating in sales meetings as well as conventions.
Develop proposal and submit packages for client RFIs/RFPs.
Evaluate competitor’s products plus leverage pricing.
Analyze lost opportunities and identify action course for future success.
