In House Counsel Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and update non-disclosure along with confidentiality agreements.

Review and negotiate all confidentiality agreements handled with outside suppliers and customers.

Identify risks along with propose alternative structures to reduce risks involved in prospective transactions.

Draft all transactional documents associated with dispositions and financing.

Supervise entire outside counsel as required.

Review and draft non-disclosure along with confidentiality agreements required for in-house counsel.

Perform with outside counsel to present legal advice along with services on issues related to obligations, rights, risks and organization privileges.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing departments and Professional Development to assure legal adherence for special projects.

Collaborate with outside counsel to defend organization’s rights in contract settlements, negotiations and litigation.

Perform cross-functionally across organization to manage different projects and execution of new initiatives.

Attain deep industry knowledge and special business practices within enterprise to recommend senior business leaders.

Prepare corporate procedures, policies and programs.

Coordinate professionally with HR, Senior Executive Team and outside Counsel pertinent to enforce company’s procedures and policies.

Support due thoroughness examinations to connect with company acquisitions.

Draft as well as negotiate agreements related to joint venture.
