Implementation Project Manager Responsibilities and Duties

Provide an efficient interface with sales and service delivery.

Assist service delivery team and perform validation and acceptance on all orders.

Administer all implementation from stating of projects to billing for same.

Identify and assist to resolve all issues and escalate same if required.

Develop all continuous improvement processes and methods for various projects on regular basis.

Establish all project requirements and review all project costs and ensure compliance to all timeframes and prepare appropriate presentations for all clients.

Prepare plans and implement all projects for processes.

Develop all project goals and ensure achievement of all deliverables.

Design all project requirements and perform all tasks accordingly.

Prepare project plans in coordination with staff and ensure adherence to same.

Administer all project resources and schedule work within timeframe.

Maintain track of all project deliverables and ensure optimal utilization of all tools.
