Fixed Income Research Analyst Responsibilities and Duties

Assist finance managers in organization to analyze fixed income markets and trends to optimize fixed income business.

Provide support and handle all routine issues and recommend issues to operate within appropriate business level.

Prepare and execute tools to carry out research on specific credits and event-driven fixed income activities.

Coordinate with Senior Fixed Income Analyst to prepare written recommendation for customized credits and routine comments and provide feedback on fixed income markets.

Collaborate with Fixed Income Portfolio Consultants to assist in review of portfolios using specific research tools and models.

Work with investment staff of financial institutions to analyze performance of money management departments.

Perform and produce high quality research documentation within required timeframe.

Perform evaluation analysis on processes with help of other team members.

Analyze managerial reviews and recommend rank order for managers.

Participate and develop ways to widen research across department and improve researches on fixed income portfolio.

Manage client service through consultation meetings and discussions in association with investment managers and design various investment strategies for execution.
