Direct Sales Representatives Responsibilities and Duties

Design all door to door presentations to facilitate all selling of cable services for all customers and assist to maximize all profits for customer and recommend strategies to retain all cable services and provide accurate information for same.

Maintain knowledge on all products and services and present all information appropriately and collaborate with customers and provide information on all installation fees and campaign requirements and ensure compliance to all productivity standards as per department requirement.

Administer all customer relations and ensure optimal quality of all services and prepare documents for all sales activities within required timeframe and prepare reports for all sales activities and ensure accuracy of all reports.

Monitor all complaints and leads for sales and ensure response within required timeframe and maintain all appointments with customers and participate in various training programs and meetings.

Design all sales order forms and ensure completion of same and prepare all quotes for prices and recommend strategies to increase revenue of all direct services through appropriate sales and prepare documents for all sales orders.

Perform regular follow up to maintain customer satisfaction at all times and maintain all sales quotas and prepare all orders and installation of services required to customers.

Maintain regular follow up on all delinquent accounts and perform audit on al subscriber accounts and coordinate with same to obtain further sales lead and assist in all required installation.

Develop strategies to ensure maximum subscribers in assign area to achieve all sales objectives and ensure adherence to all sales quota and prepare all orders for various customer products.

Assist to identify new customers and prepare efficient strategies in coordination with area manager and evaluate all new business to ensure adherence to all objectives and maintain and update all record books on regular basis.

Prepare all call reports and participate in various sales meetings and training programs and participate in all field training programs.
